Quick update (Friday night)

Quick update: We missed the first ferry out of Seattle, which I thought was a bummer... until I noticed the sunset on display across Puget Sound:

...really, truly breathtaking. Gidget is doing good -- the late ferry put us into Bainbridge Island right around dinner time, so we went out to eat at a good Mexican restaurant. Gidget didn't have a huge appetite, but she ate enough, and so far she hasn't felt nauseous. More later...

  2. Gidge, you're moving right along and takin' it like a champ. :0) Round three, one more down and I love to see your smiling face. Looking at those beautiful photos made me laugh. I remember running breathless behind you trying to make the ferry, thought I was going to pass out, and all I heard was, "hurry Aunt Kath." I thought I was hurrying !It's been 2-1/2 years since I last smoked, so maybe I can keep up with you now, NOT. lol I loved those ferry rides though and Nicole and I still talk about them. Thank you guys so much for keeping us up on the latest and I send all my love and prayers to you all !! Aunt Kath

  3. What a beautiful picture!! But best of all, Gidget is not feeling nauseous. I keep hinting that I would like to see her. How about next weekend some time if she feels up to it. We could even plan it last minute if that is what she needs. I miss her a lot!!

  4. Hi Son -

That really is a great photo. I reminds me a lot of the sunsets that we saw at Port Townsend.

Glad to hear that Gidget did so well.

Wanted to let you know that my blade lasted from about Jan 8th or 9th till Feb 18th. Thanks!!!

Give my Grandson a hug (Gidget too).

    Love You - Dad
